RCCG Eagles Wings Church ("we," "us," "our," "the church") operates this website to welcome visitors, share information about our services, and connect with our congregation. This policy explains what information we collect through the site and how we use it.

We collect information you voluntarily submit through our forms, including:

• Contact / inquiry form: name, email address, and your message.
• Prayer request form: name, optional email address, and your prayer request. Prayer requests are delivered privately to our pastoral team only and are never published on the site or shared publicly.
• Newsletter signup: email address, used to send church announcements and updates.

We also use privacy-respecting website analytics to understand how visitors use the site (for example, page views and button clicks such as "Give"). This does not include payment or financial information — see Giving below.

How We Use Your Information

• To respond to inquiries and prayer requests.
• To send newsletter updates to subscribers (you may unsubscribe at any time).
• To improve the website and understand visitor interest at an aggregate level.

We do not sell your personal information.

Online Giving

Online donations are processed by a third-party giving platform (selection pending — see the church's website requirements document). No card, bank, or payment information is ever collected or stored on this website; giving is handled entirely by the PCI-compliant giving platform under its own privacy and security terms.

Photos and Media

Photos or videos of identifiable individuals, including children, are only published with prior written consent from the individual or, for minors, a parent/guardian, using the church's media consent form.

Data Sharing

We do not share your information with third parties except: (a) service providers who help us operate the site (such as our hosting or form-delivery provider) and are bound to keep it confidential, or (b) if required by law.
